Before running an assay or contacting support
Can third-party reagents be used?
Yes. NANOPHOR 05 is an open system. The selected chemistry still requires the appropriate spectral calibration, polymer, capillary length and electrophoresis parameters.
Which data formats are available?
Sequencing data can be exported as .ab1 files and fragment-analysis data as .fsa files.
What should be included in a support request?
Provide the instrument serial number, software version, assay type, run parameters, issue description and a data file or screenshot whenever possible.
