The Phytoscreen technology is a rapid real-time PCR platform for molecular genetic diagnostics of plant diseases. The workflow includes sample preparation and nucleic acid extraction, real-time PCR amplification and interpretation of results. Original extraction reagents and sorbent particles provide high yields of purified DNA/RNA, while optimized PCR systems support sensitive and specific detection of phytopathogens.
