IV All-Russian Conference "High-throughput sequencing in genomics"

From June 13 to 20, 2025, ahead of the IV All-Russian Conference “High-Throughput Sequencing in Genomics,” a young scientists school dedicated to bacterial genomics will be held. This unique event will give participants an opportunity to study modern sequencing and bioinformatics methods in depth. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, participants will prepare DNA libraries for two new NGS platforms, perform sequencing on these platforms, and analyze the resulting data using long-read and short-read technologies. Participation in the school is an excellent opportunity for early-career researchers and students to explore advanced genomics technologies, exchange experience with colleagues and experts, and build a foundation for future publications and projects.
