Modifications are written in parentheses. To preserve the correct format and position, add them through the modification list or constructor. Internal and terminal modification symbols may differ.
Use the supported notation for modified bases. For example, to obtain AC(T-LNA)(G-LNA)(rA)(rC)(U)(rG)(A-LNA)(C-LNA)TG, enter: AC{TG[ACUG]AC}TG. Modified fragments can be separated with /, for example: FAM/ACTGACTG/RTQ1.
