STR genotyping and defined genetic-marker analysis
The SYNTOL portfolio combines STR/microsatellite systems for genotyping and genetic passporting with assays for defined polymorphisms and markers. Results are expressed as genotype, STR profile, or marker result without automatically extending them into productivity or breeding-value claims.
The section combines STR genotyping and identification, genetic passporting and relatedness analysis where supported by the assay, and determination of defined SNPs, polymorphisms, and markers.
