The current SYNTOL crop-genetics portfolio covers potato and grape DNA passporting together with detection of potato resistance-gene markers. The main analytical sequence is multiplex PCR for STR or other markers followed by capillary electrophoresis.

From crop and task to a genetic profile or marker result

This page is not a generic genomics page for all crops. It helps laboratories select an evidenced potato or grape solution while keeping genetic profile/marker results separate from phytosanitary diagnostics and from stronger phenotype conclusions.
