Reagent kits for tuberculosis diagnostics
1 minute read
Summary
Kits reagents “Amplitub” for rapid tuberculosis diagnostics, including with mnozhestvennoy and shirokoy lekarstvennoy resistance (MLU-TB, ShLU-TB).
The Amplitub technology is intended for rapid molecular genetic diagnostics of tuberculosis. It enables detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, assessment of infectious risk, determination of resistance to first- and second-line anti-tuberculosis drugs, and identification or genotyping of mycobacteria. The workflow includes sample preparation, DNA extraction and real-time PCR, using proprietary Syntol developments at each stage to provide high sensitivity, specificity and reliability.
